Data Engineer Lead

We are looking for a Data Engineer Lead to build and scale reliable data systems for a fast-growing fintech investment platform like Stockbit & Bibit. You will lead the data engineering function, ensuring our teams have trusted, timely, and secure data to support product, growth, risk, and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models.
• Lead data architecture for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
• Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needs.
• Improve data quality, governance, documentation, and monitoring.
• Mentor data engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data engineering, including SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with warehouses, orchestration tools, and streaming or batch processing.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, scalability, and reliability.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
